main verse | do you think they suffered up on gallows hill? Abigail Good (now Graves) after years of hopping from the States to Europe and back, looking for a place to somewhat settle, finally moved into a cabin just on the outskirts of Aberdeen, WA. Close to Forks, it was just a temporary place, somewhere to live until she decided what she might like to do next. Maybe she'd take up a 'vegetarian' diet like she'd heard some vampires would do to keep a bit more incognito, though she'd rather not.volturi au | at times i get a little cruel Not long after Abigail was turned, she found herself travelling to Europe, wanting to get as far away from her home as possible. She stowed herself away on a ship, managed to keep herself from eating the entire crew and before she knew it she was on land again. She travelled around on her own for awhile, until she was found by an upper ranking member of the Volturi. They offered to bring her back with them, give her a home and a purpose in her immortality, and with the way she'd been drifting along, she felt it was a good enough offer.
Once she'd fully settled in with them and Aro realized her full potential with her ability, she was promoted quickly from the lower guard to the upper guard, her ability being used for various situations from persuading someone in a trial to say what the leaders wanted them to say, to helping Chelsea bring new members into the fold.

tvd au | bite risk Being turned and left alone to die in the woods wasn't the best start to Abigail's undead life. It just got worse from there. She spent years lurking in the shadows like some monster, snatching people off the street without a thought towards their friends and families, not much for befriending other vampires she came across—too worried that they might turn on her like her entire town had years ago.
In the early 1900's, she ran across the Originals (or at least, the few that hadn't been daggered) and while she wasn't looking for friendship in them, she was happy to be turned into a sort of pawn for Klaus, hunting down information for him in exchange for safety and monetary goods.
She had an uncanny ability with compulsion, and was quite good at persuading information out of people without it, and that made her quite useful to Klaus over the years—all the way up to the present, where she now lurked around Mystic Falls—acting the fool, pretending as though she had no clue about this mysterious 'Sun & Moon Curse' and why this 'Klaus' was so dead-set on breaking it.verse . Born in 1666 in Salem, MA — Abigail grew up in a typical household. Lots of siblings, strict parents, etc, etc. As a child, she spent a lot of time helping her father out as one of the few town bakers, learning the tricks of the trade not long after she learned how to walk. As she got older, she realized how easy it was for her to persuade people into doing things for her. Whether it was just getting her siblings to do one of her chores, or asking one of the townsfolk to give her a discount on an item. A useful trait that she mastered over the years.

the past.

As she got older, and superstition started to take over the town, the constant pointing and whispers were starting to take their toll on Abigail. She'd always been a good girl, never taking more than she needed and never using her persuasion skills for something darker. But the townspeople thought otherwise, and once they started crying witch? She ran. Deep into the woods, as far as she could get. Unfortunately for her, there were other creatures in those woods, and they were hungry beasts. A split-second to pause, to just catch her breath, and she was attacked, something biting deep into her skin and draining her dry. Or so they thought.Abigail woke up alone in the woods the next morning, her throat scratchy and a thirst like she'd never felt before. She managed to make it out of the woods, and found a nearby village where she was going to ask for help. Except in the end, the only help she got was in quenching her thirst.

the halfway point.

After years of running from place to place, learning how to survive as what she now was— a vampire— and meeting others along the way to help teach her, she learnt that her ability to persuade people had followed her along into her undead life, but in a more powerful format. Though she had to be touching people now to get them to do her bidding.She spent years trying out different things to find her food. Sometimes she would skulk through alleyways and grab the first person she saw, sometimes she'd chat them up a bit first— then persuade them to follow her home. At one point during the '60s, she worked as a dancer, it was a good cover, provided money (and food) and gave her something to do when she got bored.Now, she lives on the outskirts of Aberdeen, WA. She spends most of her time traveling, but it's nice to have a place to call home when she just wants to settle.
